How connecting to your menstrual cycle can change your life.

I remember before learning about my cycle noticing that some days it was easier for me to focus, and others when I would feel spacey and find it hard to concentrate 'for no apparent reason'. This frustrated me, especially during stressful times. I thought something was wrong with me. Until I learned about my menstrual cycle.

Through the Art of Cycle Connection, you can expect to:

  • Lower stress levels by being fully aware of what your body is doing, instead of lurking in the unknown. 

  • Plan your days with more boundary setting to make sure you are not pushing yourself on days when energy and resources are low.

  • Understand & ease PMS symptoms by reflecting on your past few cycles to connect the dots and make changes in your diet and lifestyle.

We will cover:

The four phases: The cycles of your body can be comparable to the cycles of the Earth. We will explore how your unique body changes throughout the menstrual cycle.

Our triangle of health: Our food, our physical body, and our emotions will be the tripod we continuously go back to throughout our sessions. We will allow for more awareness in these areas and discover self-care opportunities.

Tracking your cycle: Menstrual cycle awareness is crucial to getting to know your unique patterns and rhythm. We will unpack and explore the different ways you can track your cycle in order to get cycle literate.

Finding alignment: Devising a flexible plan to bring your new body-awareness and lifestyle into all the other parts of your life to reach happy alignment.

Coaching Packages:

Cycle Connection Coaching

6 x 1:1 sessions - 3 months

Get in touch with your cyclical patterns to understand what your needs are at different times of the month. 

​

Looking at your lifestyle, diet, physical and emotional stressors, we will unpack the workings of your cycle to bring more ease and joy into your days.

 

We will meet every other week for three months, each call will last 60 minutes.

Natural Birth Control (FAM) Education

12 x 1:1 sessions - 5 months

​

On top of all the treasures you would receive in the 3 month program, the Fertility Awareness Method will be taught as well.

 

The five month package is meant for YOU if you'd like to understand your cycle inside out - from emotions to fertility and how the different parts of your body changes.

​

We will meet twice a month with educational videos for you to watch in between our sessions.
